Sketches

Murder trial in the 147th District Court
Local attorney spending time with the judge.

This is from my watercolor sketchbook that I carry. The top two were done while waiting on lawyers. And the bottom sketch was a study for one of the ballet series.

Well done, you've caught just enough detail to tell a story, but they're not over-worked. I especially like the one of the lawyer talking to the judge; he looks a bit chastised.

Thanks Sue. I try to leave the lines of the sketch alone after I get the basic features down. The lawyer was being chastised and he was whining as a result.
