The first paintings is an oil study done on a panel, the second painting is the watercolor version and the final painting is the pastel version. My cousin that lives in New York took the photos for me.
Austin Visual Arts Association is hosting "Art Show and Sell" this Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. 18 artists (including myself) have their work on display for sale. It will be fun and I hope you can drop by.

It is fun seeing the three versions. Where is the show? I will be at the paint out in south Austin and would like to come by.
Jo its over at the Austin Visual Arts Association building located at 3707 Home lane off of 38th street. It will be photography and some paintings.

Donna, these are really nice. I especially like that you did three studies of the same subject, exploring it further in each medium. Good luck with the show this weekend!
Thanks Sue. Even if I dont move any paintings I will at least get to sketch, talk about art and hang around fellow artists.
